At Marijuana Monkey, we believe that both quantity and quality are environmental issues. That's why all of our products are printed on demand (POD) using the latest direct-to-garment and direct-to-film technologies. Our products are not printed until an order is placed, which ensures the responsible use of resources.

SHIPPING

Free shipping is included on all orders. Because products are not printed until ordered we do not offer rush shipping.

Return Policy

Jones, The Original Marijuana Monkey®  and his troop of helper monkeys are here to ensure you get nothing but the highest quality gear to match your High Life-style. While we meticulously inspect every outgoing piece of our groovy gear for product quality and precision printing, even the most vigilant monkey might occasionally slip on a banana peel, allowing a defective product to sneak through.

OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU

If you receive a defective or misprinted piece of gear, no worries! We’ve got your back. We’ll swiftly re-print or refund your order for you, and you won’t need to worry about return shipping. Just let us know, and we’ll take care of the rest. You’ll just need to provide your order number and a photo or two of the defective merchandise to help us process your refund or replacement as quickly as possible. Now, if everything’s A-okay with your gear but for some reason, you’re just not feeling the vibe, we totally get it – style is personal, after all. You’ll only need to pay for return shipping if it’s simply a matter of personal preference. Just shoot us a message at returns@mmnyc.com and we’ll get things sorted faster than you can roll a joint.
