RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICIES
Quality Assurance at Marijuana Monkey is dedicated to providing you with top-quality apparel & merchandise.
Our dedicated inspection teams in our production facilities look over every inch of our garments and other items for imperfections before its packaged. Occasionally a problem may be overlooked or hidden, and we are more than happy to make it right.
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we are pleased to offer a replacement at no extra charge. Alternatively, if you prefer, you may also request a refund for your purchase. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
Should you receive an item with an incorrect color or size from your original order, please email us with your order number and picture of the item(s). Please show the size tag, the original packaging and send the photos within 15 days upon the receipt of the order. We will process a replacement once we have confirmed the order.
We can offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the criteria below:
• Items are faulty – defective/damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
• We sent the wrong item – size, style, color. Measurements are provided in the product description to help you get an accurate fit.
• Packages that are lost in transit.
Additionally, we understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations. Therefore, within a 15-day period from receiving your order, you may return any unworn item for a refund, regardless of the reason, with the only requirement being that you cover the cost of return shipping.
Note: Please ensure that all the shipping information you have provided is correct before submitting your order. This is to prevent shipping mishaps or lost packages. We are not liable for packages that are misrouted due to incorrect shipping address.
CAN ALL ITEMS BE RETURNED?
All items, with the exception of swimwear, underwear/lingerie for hygienic reasons, are covered with our 15-day guarantee. The items will be accepted back if they meet all of our returns terms and conditions and a request has been submitted within 15 days of receipt of the package.
How do I return a product?
Should you wish to return an item, you can return it within 15 days following the delivery date providing that the product has not been used. Please contact us HERE and we will provide instructions for the return process.
RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective, the wrong size or color. Returned packages may take up to 15 days to reach us, and refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned package. Please ensure that the return form is included to expedite the refund process.
Please allow a few days for the funds to be credited back to your payment method. The time frame varies depending on the payment method used.
Please note that only products in unworn/unwashed condition and in their original packaging (alternative appropriate exterior shipping packaging can be used) will be refunded.
Returned orders remain under the responsibility of the customer until they arrive at our return address. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage during the transit of the returned package, nor will we be able to provide any assistance on tracking the returned package.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
